What is Your Sample Policy?
We provide a piece of free sample for esixiting styles, but shipment fees are at your side.
For customizes styles, we will request sample fees based on sample quantity and material used.
Samples fees may be returned based on final order quantity.
What is your order MOQ?
Normally our MOQ per style is 2000 sets. But we have flexible MOQ policy. If you are ordering mixed styles, in same material and colors, we can reduce MOQ for single style.
What is your production lead time?
Normally it takes 90 days after orders are confirmed.
It can be shortened for urgent orders, please kindly contact us and we will put your orders as priority to save handling time.
Otherwise, it is recommended to discuss with us your designs at least 6 months before launching time.
What audits and certificates do your factories have?
We now have below audits and certificates, and can be printed on package for your marketing requirements.
Certificates: GOTS cotton, GRS, BETTER COTTON, AUdits: DISNEY, BSCI, HANES
What is your Sample Lead Time?
For existing styles, we can send our within one week.
For customized samples, it depends on material that you want to use. Usually it takes 2 weeks.
What kind of materials you can offer?
We are strong at all kinds of fabric for udnerwear and lingerie, such as cotton, micro, mesh and all kinds of laces.
What kind of services you can provide?
We provide design, sourcing, sampling, bulk production and also final quality checking services.
So you can just leave us your design tech packs or original samples, and we will do the rest for you from samples to shipment.
Where are you located? How can we visit your side?
Our showroom and office is located in Guangzhou, an International city in South China. So it is very convenient to visit us by flight and high speed train.
Our factories are located in Gurao, Shantou, a famous lingerie and underwear town in worldwide.
